My radio won't turn on...

If you cannot turn your radio on manually ensure your power cord is plugged in (red and black cord) and your
vehicle is running.
If you still cannot turn your radio on your ground or positive connections may not be properly terminated or your
fuse may be blown.
If your fuse is blown please contact us to book a service appointment as this could mean you have a short
somewhere in your power line which can be hazardous or damage your radio.

My radio doesn’t turn on when the vehicle turns on...

First ensure if your radio has an accessory connector (black plastic connector on rear of radio) that it is plugged in.

If your radio still does not turn on but you can turn it on manually there is likely a problem with your ignition sense line,
the ignition sense line is usually a small gauge wire which tells the radio when the vehicle is on or off and is attached to the accessory connector. Please schedule a time with us to have this repaired.
